We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Lead Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to oversee and lead the Workday ERP implementation for finance and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Workday configurations, integrations, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Spend Management Workstream Lead for Expenses, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Inventory.
Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday across ancillary sites.
Guide internal teams through the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including supplier setup, maintenance, purchase requisitions, and invoice processing.
Must be hands-on to implement integrations for all supply chain-related activities.
Oversee ERP data conversion, transfer, cleanup, and integration efforts.
Optimize business processes within procurement, supply chain, inventory, and expenses.
Provide coaching and mentorship to technical team members.
Develop and maintain successful partnerships with key stakeholders and business partners.
Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Drive decision-making processes with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Lead cross-functional category management teams to develop and maintain category plans.
Analyze spend/performance data and external market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage complex engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables within timeline and budget constraints.
